- Orders for standard products are usually processed and packed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Saturday are processed on Monday.
- Our office remains closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- During festivals, special sales, or high-order volumes, processing time may be slightly extended.
Time Zone: All order cut-off times and processing schedules follow Indian Standard Time (IST).
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 working days
Orders going to remote or border regions, including parts of Kashmir and North-Eastern states, may take longer depending on courier service availability and location accessibility.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or natural events.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping is currently offered on all orders within India for a limited time.
- SHRI ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify or withdraw free shipping offers without prior notice.
Courier Partners
For deliveries within India, we use only reputed and reliable courier services, including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Shiprocket (which may assign partners such as Amazon, Ekart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, etc.)
- India Post (for locations not serviceable by private couriers)
The courier partner is selected based on delivery location and service efficiency at the time of shipment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
- Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
Address Confirmation
In some cases—especially for high-value or cash-related orders—our team may contact you by phone or email to confirm your delivery address before dispatch. This helps avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Delivery partners usually make up to three delivery attempts.
- If delivery is refused or unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be treated as a return.
- In such cases, refund or re-shipping will be handled according to the situation.
Delays & Unforeseen Situations
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the promised timeline, SHRI ENTERPRISES is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery becomes impossible due to reasons such as:
- Courier non-serviceable areas
- Inaccessible locations
- Major unforeseen events
we will inform you promptly. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
Based on verification and availability, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Packaging Standards
All products are securely packed to minimize transit damage:
- Strong outer boxes with protective plastic covering
- Individual bubble wrapping for products
- Extra protection for fragile items
