At SHRI ENTERPRISES, we deal primarily in branded electronics and computer hardware. Due to the technical nature of these products, our return and refund process follows strict quality and verification standards. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- In special cases, cancellation may be allowed up to 48 hours, subject to order status.
- If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days due to reasons on our end, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, under any circumstances.
Sale & Promotional Orders
- Orders placed during sale periods, special offers, festive sales (Diwali, New Year, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Charges & Refund Timeline
- For customer-initiated cancellations (as per policy), payment gateway charges (up to 2–3%) will be deducted.
- If cancellation is due to an error from our side, no charges will be deducted.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
- EMI payments (such as Bajaj / Snapmint) may attract additional charges (up to 5%), as per the provider’s terms.
3. Replacement Policy (7-Day Replacement)
You are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photo/video proof (including unboxing video where applicable) is provided
- The product is returned in original condition, with:
- Manufacturer box
- Accessories
- Manuals
- Warranty cards
- Original packaging intact
Opened, used, altered, or tampered products will not be accepted.
4. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Valid photo/video evidence is shared with our support team
Returns due to change of mind, compatibility issues, or incorrect selection by the customer are generally not accepted.
5. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup may be arranged.
- Returned items must reach us in original condition.
- Any missing items, accessories, or damage during return transit may lead to rejection.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Refunds & Replacements
- Replacement or refund is initiated only after inspection and verification.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days (may take longer based on bank processing).
- In certain cases, refund processing may take up to 30 business days.
7. Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation unless received damaged or defective:
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Pre-order items
- GPUs, cabinets, monitors (once shipped)
- RAM, SSDs, storage devices
- Personal-use electronics (once opened)
- Software, licenses, or digital products
- Products with tampered serial numbers or broken seals
- EMI or instant discount orders
8. Warranty Information
- All products carry manufacturer warranty only.
- Warranty claims must be raised directly with the brand’s authorized service center.
- Physical damage, mishandling, improper installation, or tampering voids warranty.
- Installation must be done by a qualified technician, especially for PC components.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping is free.
- For customer-initiated returns (where approved), shipping charges are borne by the customer.
